Total Comfort Guarantee

Our number one goal is your comfort. That’s why we guarantee that all equipment we install in your home meets ASHRAE standards for design specifications for your area. We guarantee your equipment will perform to these standards and design specifications during the equipment’s installation warranty period (1 year). If the equipment we have installed in your home does not meet these standards, we will make any modifications, repairs, and if necessary, replace the equipment we installed at no additional charge to you.

Craftsmanship Guarantee

AiRCO San Antonio settles for nothing less than 100 percent customer satisfaction. If within one year from the date of installation, you are not satisfied with the craftsmanship or materials used in your installation, we will make any modifications, repairs, and if necessary, replace materials we installed at no additional charge to you.

No Lemon Guarantee

AiRCO San Antonio backs up all of our installations with a No Lemon Guarantee. If your heat exchanger fails within the first 10 years of installation, we will replace the entire furnace at no cost to you.

If your replacement air conditioner or heat pump compressor fails for a second time within the first five years of installation, we will replace the equipment we installed at no cost to you.
